I am back from a long break from the ol' blogsphere (thanks for the OKAY Amory), but I am happier than ever. Sarah and I had a great wedding complete with sun, clouds, rain, HAIL, and more sun. The day started out as any other Colorado day with blue skies. Clouds kind of came in the afternoon, but didn't look to threatening. We had an outdoor wedding so all of our seating was outside. Right as the procession began it began raining and then hailing, but we had a 5 minute break, brought it inside, and was a great, intimate wedding. We ate, danced and then hung out around the bonfire until 2am having a great time with friends and family!
As you can see Sarah and I rode the ol' tandem bike down from the ranch. We had a good ol' time!
We then headed to the honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii. Totally out of out element, Sarah and I explored the entire island via foot, boogie board, paddle board, Gator, and boat.
Lastly, I am jumping into my placement at Red Sandstone Elementary this coming Monday. I can' wait to get back in the classroom. I realized I never got a picture of the class last year so I will get a good one early!
So much fun to watch some of my ITA teammates in the Olympics. So cool! Congrats to everyone who gave their all to make the team, it got me so excited to do the same thing in 16 months!
